Marcus founded Servo Garage Doors Clearwater in 2015, and he still runs jobs himself most weeks. Ask him about torsion springs and he’ll tell you the wire diameter matters more than the brand name. He wrote Clause 1 of The Haven Standard, the one that requires a flat written price before any work starts, because he spent his early years in the trade watching homeowners get quoted one number and invoiced another. The customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement on his watch. He lives in Clearwater year-round and answers emergency calls personally when the rotation lands on him.
Dave R., Lead Technician
Dave has been turning wrenches on garage doors for over 14 years, the last 7 of them with Servo Garage Doors Clearwater. He’s the one we send when a cable has snapped, a door has come off its track, or a motor has died and the homeowner needs to know whether it’s the logic board or the capacitor. Anthony leads our new-door and full-system installs across Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and the beach communities. He’s been with Servo Garage Doors Clearwater since 2018, after a stretch doing commercial door work in Tampa. When you order a Clopay or Amarr door through us, Anthony measures the opening, checks the framing and the headroom, and orders the exact track radius and panel profile for the space. Chris joined us in 2023 after finishing a two-year trades program at Pinellas Technical College. He rides with Dave and Anthony, learning the torque requirements on replacement springs, the wiring on smart openers, and the habit of photographing everything before and after. In Clearwater’s salt air, he’s also learning what corrosion looks like on hardware that’s only been up for a few years, and why stainless hinges matter within a mile of the Gulf. Chris grew up in Tarpon Springs and works Greek Easter into nearly every conversation. He’s not the lead on a job yet, but he’s on-site with a senior tech, and he cleans up like he owns the place. Because one day, he might.
